Growing up in Northern Minnesota, I learned the value of hard work and community early on. I moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota, and went on to build a successful engineering career with companies like 3M, TSI, Donaldson, and Polar Semiconductor. But in 2003, a conversation with Ryan O'Neill changed the course of my life — he encouraged me to invest in real estate, and it turned out to be the best decision I ever made. That spark of excitement led me to obtain my real estate license in 2005 and join Ryan's team, The Minnesota Real Estate Team. When I started, there were about 15 agents on the team. Today, there are over 220 team members — and it has grown into the #1 Real Estate Team in the World . Being part of that journey has been nothing short of incredible. For the past 21 years, I've had the privilege of helping a wonderfully diverse group of buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities metro area. I am Vietnamese and speak Vietnamese fluently, and I proudly serve clients from American, Asian, African, Central American, and Vietnamese communities.
